It is a place where you can enjoy eggs like in no other place. If you like it, you have to come and try different dishes and combinations. The potato omelette is one of its richest dishes: French style, juicy, with pieces of blood sausage, the sweetness contrasted with a spicy note.

Ideal omelette for fans, very creamy and with little salt. They use organic eggs and zero kilometre potatoes. They accompany it with coca bread from Mossen de Folgueroles and tomato. Very tasty!

The restaurant is located in the center of Barcelona, in the middle of the famous Ramblas. You should definitely not miss the potato omelette “Betanzos style”. It differs from the traditional potato omelette as it is much more honeyed, with an almost liquid texture. It has many more eggs than a conventional potato omelette.

In addition, we want to show you our favorited recipe to make your own delicious tortilla española, and it is very easy!
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes (try to make them even). Fry them in abundant hot oil for 5 minutes and reserve them in a dish with absorbent paper. In a bowl place the beaten eggs, potatoes, previously cooked onion, salt and pepper. Heat the pan where you are going to cook the omelette over high heat, add a little oil and then pour the preparation. Cook 10 minutes until the egg is cooked well, turn it over and cook it the same time on the other side. Place it on a platter and serve it.
