Baking with children can be safe and it is also the most fun. There is no better combination.

Apple pie
INGREDIENTS
-200 g of puff pastry
-2 apple
– 3 tablespoons of raspberry jam
– 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
How to prepare it? We roll out the dough and cut it into rectangles about 20 cm long. We place them on a greased baking sheet or covered with non-stick paper. We peel the apples and cut them into thin slices about 3 millimeters thick. We spread the jam evenly over each rectangle of dough and arrange the apple wedges on the jam. We pour the honey over the apples and sprinkle with the sugar. Finally, we place in a hot oven at 180 ºC for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
Cookies
INGREDIENTS
-50 g of brown sugar
-50 g of white sugar
-half teaspoon of vanilla essence
-90 g of creamy butter
-1 egg L
-155 g of pastry flour
-a pinch of salt
-half teaspoon of baking soda
How to do it? We heat the oven to 180 ºC with heat up and down without air. We beat the sugars with the butter until we get a cream. Then we add the vanilla essence and the egg while we continue beating. Sprinkle the mixture of flour, bicarbonate and sifted salt on top and join with a pastry tongue until everything is perfectly united.
With the help of a spoon we make dough balls that we place on a baking tray lined with special paper. If we find it difficult to handle the dough, we will help ourselves to shape it with a little water, we wet our fingers and we do it carefully. We crush slightly, almost nothing, since later during cooking they expand a lot, and we place them quite apart from each other. Bake for about 10 or 12 minutes until the cookies are a little golden. Remove from the oven, let it rest on the tray for five minutes and transfer to a rack to cool completely before consuming.
We hope you enjoy and have a nice afternoon baking as a family!
